This is one of the nicest places I've spent any time at when traveling, restaurant is clean, restroom is clean, speed of service is quick. I happened to observe them on a busy day, never heard anyone complain about messed up orders, or a long wait on food. I ate there my food was hot, prompt and just the way I asked for. The manager really seems to care about the customer experience, I saw him wearing many hats and doing it with a smile no matter what the task was. My hats off to the manager Chris and his style of management, it really pays off in the customer experience , I know I'll be back for sure

As I walked inside, I was the only one here ordering from the menu because there were a few drivers out there ordering via drive-thru. I saw the staff inside along with a girl in a wheelchair stand beside the register. I order my food to eat inside and enjoy the music playing inside. It was a wonderful place to go and eat in or order your food to go, etc.

The staff dealt with a frozen ice cream machine and a store full of customers as well as about a half dozen cars outside very well. It was a difficult situation, and the team did a great job explaining to customers, correcting the problems, and taking care of everyone's orders.

This Dairy queen is very clean and well managed. Friendly service. The manager is energetic and ever ready with a smile. There are even healthy foods available here. We decided to take a little drive to get ice cream,so decided to drive down to the Dairy Queen.They were quite busy,but were very friendly & efficient.They got the orders out in a reasonable time frame.The cashier was very friendly & courteous!

While I was in today, I was served by the finest young man, looks and personality-wise. PHILIP, with the lucious brown hair, made the best ice cream cone dipped in cherry I have licked in a while. MHM.MHM. That's all I could say when he handed me that ice cream through the window, and I devoured it like a little mouse with a wheel of cheese. I WILL BE BACK, PHILIP! BRAVO ZULU!

We stopped by to get a few Blizzards for the family. Fast, friendly service. Blizzards were really good and our favorites are the Turtle Sundae and Butterfinger Blizzard. I like that they offer a mini size. They also have good hamburgers and fries - much better than some of the fast food burger options because these taste more like a good homemade grilled burger.

The manager that was on duty was so kind and helpful to me when it came to ordering because not eating a dairy queen for many years I had no idea what I would enjoy and she was helpful. I also appreciate the fact that she kept her staff productive and I saw her train them properly. ( Standards are always appreciated)

I had a minor issue with a blizzard and the manager Stephanie told me to come back the next day and she would remake me a new one. She totally didn’t have to do this it was so minor of an issue I would’ve never thought of it again. Not only did she remake it but she remembered me, my order, and made me a large one. This lady is an angel she actually did this all with a smile. The customer service I received was so amazing I had to write this. So I hope manager Stephanie sees this and I will be calling corporate to make sure they know how amazing their manager is!!!
